Safari fees include

  1. The full time services of a professional hunter and complete African staff including trackers, skinners, cooks and camp assistants.
  2. Full accommodation and camp equipment, including linen, towels, refrigeration and cleaning.
  3. Full catering including fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee and tea. Special tastes will be catered for if enough advance notification is given.
  4. All transport during the safari i.e. one 4-wheel drive hunting car per professional hunter.
  5. Preservation and handling of trophies in the field.
  6. Cost of hunting licenses.

Safari fees exclude

  1. Tobacco, gratuities and personal expenses.
  2. Charter or other flights to and from hunting areas, as well as hotel accommodation before, during and after the contracted safari period.
  3. Trophy charges (dipping, transport, crating, taxidermist, permits, shipping).
  4. Firearm rental. Set fees per day per rifle or shotgun. Ammunition extra.
  5. Value added Government tax on daily rates (South Africa: 14%)
  6. Extra car hire may be required for family safaris or large groups.
  7. Alcoholic beverages and cold drinks

Terms of business

  1. A deposit of 50% on total daily rate is required to confirm bookings. 
  2. Total booking fee has to be paid before start of the hunt. 
  3. No refund of deposit can be made if client cancels safari within 4 weeks of contracted starting date, unless the safari can be rebooked. In all other instances the deposit will be refunded less 10% administration fees.
  4. No refund in case of early leave or cancellation of the hunt during the stay. 
  5. All charges are subject to change without prior notice.
  6. Trophy charges are applicable only to animals actually bagged or wounded and lost.
  7. All payments must be made in cash euro's or (internet) bank transfer. European clients could use our Dutch Rabobank account to avoid international banking fees.
